Our team has been operating in this environment for many years. Changing your condominium or rental
management: handled responsibly.
hallo smooth transition
A management change is easier than many think. We take care of the entire process for you: from coordinating with the board to handing over all documents. Transparent, legally compliant, and without any extra effort for the community.
1. First meeting
You contact us, briefly explain your situation, and receive an honest assessment of how and when a management change is possible, even during an ongoing term.
2. Proposal & Presentation
We prepare a transparent proposal and introduce ourselves to your board or homeowners’ association. This allows the community to get a clear understanding.
3. Vote at the condominium meeting
All that’s needed for the change is the resolution of the owners. By the way, according to §26 (3) of the German Condominium Act (WEG), a management company can be dismissed at any time. In that case, the existing contract ends no later than six months afterward.
4. We take care of the rest
After the resolution, we guide the entire handover process step by step: we coordinate approvals, request the necessary documents, liaise with service providers and banks, and set everything up so operations continue without interruption. This creates almost no effort for you.
